CALU is once again offering a mentorship program as a benefit to members for a six-month period from November 2023 to April 2024. Launched last year with very positive reviews from participants, the second phase of this pilot program is open to the entire CALU membership, including Associates.
The Mentorship program is intended to enable CALU members with many years of industry experience to share their wisdom and vast knowledge with other members who are interested in learning from them. Mentorship isn’t intended to only be beneficial for mentees. It also gives mentors the chance to grow both personally and professionally with the fulfillment of helping others advance their careers.
