Holly has been working in software and technology in the finance industry for over 20 years, focusing mainly on the Insurance sector across both Life and P&C.  She started her career in the UK with European insurers, then expanded to coverage of Asia. 11 years ago, she moved to North America with Willis Towers Watson to lead their Technology practice for The Americas where she worked with insurers not only in Canada but also across the US and Latin America. She remains based just outside of Toronto, with her husband, 7 yr old daughter, 2 cats and 4 chickens.

Now working in the newly formed Reinsurance Solutions division of Swiss Re, Holly has a keen interest in all technology that can improve the lives of those engaging with Insurers, as well as those working for them.

In her spare time, she is a non-executive director for a purpose and culture consultancy believing that when communication and culture work, everyone has greater success.
