Ian Burns has been a partner at David Burns and Associates for over 17 years, after having taken over his father’s business in 2015 along with his siblings Jennifer and Matt. He is the fourth generation to enter the insurance field and specializes in employee benefits, life insurance and group savings plans. Ian currently serves on the board of directors for the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU). He is a graduate of both Queen’s University and Lakehead University in history, English and education. He also has his life and mutual fund license.
