Diane Everett, LLB, CLU, TEP, FEA, CS (Designated Certified Specialist (Taxation Law) by the Law Society of Ontario)) is Vice President, Planning Services with PPI Advisory in Toronto. A lawyer called to the Bars of British Columbia (1991) and Ontario (1979), Diane practices in the areas of corporate reorganizations and related shareholder matters, foreign affiliate taxation, and life insurance taxation. She is a Director of LAWTI Insurance Company Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda (since 2005), and is a frequent speaker and author on tax, estate and insurance planning matters for professional and insurance industry organizations, including the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting, the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Fiscal Association, the Association de planification fiscal et financière and Family Enterprise Canada.

Diane currently serves on the board of directors for the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU).
