Founding and Charter Members created CALU in 1991 to strengthen the voice and effectiveness of up to 450 members engaged in the practice of advanced life underwriting in dealings with the federal government. Their foresight and commitment to the profession, industry and serving Canadians created a successful foundation on which we continue to build and still inspires.
We are grateful for their financial contributions in the early years of the association and countless other efforts since that time that allow us to speak as an impactful voice for 600 + members today, including over 400 Members and Provisional Members and 200 Associates.
