2023 Conference & AGM

Workshop

Masterclass 2.0

We must differentiate ourselves from our competitors in an increasingly competitive industry with better-informed clients and higher expectations; this presentation will demonstrate how combining the coordination of financial services and a comprehensive planning process with a visual representation can enhance our service.

Most people learn and absorb information visually, so improving the client planning experience by evolving the delivery of our plan to the screen using images, other visuals, and animations will help increase client comprehension and retention.

Reducing the perceived mental burden associated with complex planning and, most importantly, ensuring the full completion of all planning components so thoughtfully recommended can address a pivotal objective of supporting clients on their planning journey better.

There is some progression, but in most cases, PowerPoint presentations or other visual tools simply lift the paper experience off the desk onto the screen or use significant verbiage coupled with static imagery. This presentation will show how going further will help convey complex strategies simplistically, differentiate us from our competitors and help elevate the perception of our industry
