Herb has been involved in the life insurance industry for over 35 years and has a professional accounting background. He has spent most of his career working in the insurance sales and management fields holding positions in Finance, Advanced Marketing, Distributor Relationships and Product and Business Development.

Herb has also been very active in industry associations over the years. He has represented the industry through both the CLHIA and CALU, working closely with several related committees. He is also a director of the Canadian Executor Advisor Network and served as the inaugural chairperson for it’s National Advisory Committee.

Herb has been a featured speaker at various industry events and written articles on insurance estate planning matters.
