Ed is a passionate and active advocate for workplace and youth mental health initiatives. Ed is Treasurer and a Board Member of the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council.

Ed holds an Honours degree in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University and an active member of CALU and TPAAC.
