Consultation paper on taxation of private corporations (section 84.1)
On September 29, 2017, CALU filed a submission with Minister Morneau on Section 84.1 and family business succession which describes how it would be possible to better accommodate genuine intergenerational business transfers while still protecting against potential abuses of any such accommodation.
