CALU is delighted to offer a mentorship program as a member benefit through April 2026.
The Mentorship program is intended to enable CALU members with many years of industry experience to share their wisdom and vast knowledge with other members who are interested in learning from them. Mentorship isn’t intended to only be beneficial for mentees. It also gives mentors the chance to grow both personally and professionally with the fulfillment of helping others advance their careers.

100% of survey respondents from last year’s mentorship program said they would recommend it to others, and an overwhelming 90% shared that they would gladly participate again.

Eligibility
- Open to CALU Members and Provisional Members. Priority will be given to mentees who have not participated in the program in the past.
- Requires a commitment from mentees and mentors to monthly meetings until April 30, 2026.
